  1. Open Profile -> MFA.
  2. Select setup MFA.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app or copy the secret manually.
  4. Enter the 6-digit authenticator code.

Sessions and security events

Commandix tracks active sessions and security events such as password changes, session revocations, login successes, login failures, MFA failures, and lockouts. Revoke sessions when a device is lost, a browser is shared, or you suspect account misuse.

Privacy and GDPR requests

  1. Open Profile -> Privacy.
  2. Select personal data export to download a JSON export of your account-related data.
  3. For access, deletion, correction, objection, or other privacy requests, choose the request type and write a short explanation.
  4. Submit the request. Commandix records the request and returns a reference.
