Settings and Users

Settings centralizes personal preferences, organization controls, user administration, audit visibility, data import, and integrations. Available tabs depend on role and section access.

How to manage a user

  1. Open Settings -> Users.
  2. Search for the user by name or email.
  3. Open the user record.
  4. Update role if needed.
  5. Add or remove unit head assignments.
  6. Add or remove team memberships.
  7. Toggle section access for modules such as deals, goals, projects, tasks, units, or user management.
  8. If the user loses MFA access, use disable MFA so they can re-enable it from Profile.
  9. Delete the user only when the permanent removal is intended.

SUPERADMINPlatform operator with tenant-level administration.
OWNERExecutive or tenant owner with full organization access.
MEMBERStandard employee who manages assigned work and visible team context.
VIEWERRead-oriented user. Add section access when a viewer needs specific module visibility.

How to use audit logs and login events

  1. Open Settings -> Audit.
  2. Use Activity Log for create, update, and delete events across entities.
  3. Filter by tenant, user, entity type, and action when available.
  4. Use Login Events for login success, login failure, MFA events, and lockout signals.
  5. Export CSV when you need evidence for investigation, compliance review, or customer assurance.

How to import users

  1. Open Settings -> Import.
  2. Download the CSV template or prepare a file with name, email, position, and role columns.
  3. Select the organization if using superadmin import.
  4. Upload the CSV and review the preview rows.
  5. Run import and send invitations.
