Open Command Center from the sidebar with an Owner or Superadmin account. This is separate from the role-based Dashboard and the AI Analyst. The brief uses workspace records and operating signals; it does not require sending a chat message to an external AI provider.
Review the proposed priority
- Select Refresh answer to load current workspace data and check the displayed update time.
- Read the goal, constraint candidate, owner, next action, and measure in Fix first.
- Select Open constraint analysis to inspect confidence, competing signals, affected work, and missing evidence.
- Review revenue exposure, blocked work, and at-risk goals or projects. Open the underlying records before changing priorities.
- Agree one change with its owner and track it through constraint actions. A suggested next action is not automatically an assigned or completed task.
Copy or print the operating brief
Select Copy brief to place the summary on your clipboard. The executive-brief section also provides Print brief for the browser's print dialog. Review the content before sharing: the brief can include internal goal names, people, revenue values, and operational risks. Share only with authorized recipients.
Check whether the action helped
Review action-result measurements only when there is a relevant baseline and follow-up period. Missing measurements are not zero impact, and marking an action Completed is not proof of improvement. Compare queue depth, blocked work, and throughput while considering demand and capacity changes.
Weighted pipeline and revenue-at-risk figures are estimates, not booked revenue or guaranteed losses. People and sales comparisons are prompts to inspect scope and workload, not individual productivity rankings. If there is no useful constraint evidence yet, record active work, ownership, dates, and dependencies before relying on the brief.
